Report from the Open Door Event 2007
After the summer party last year we decided to host an Open Door Event. Everyone was welcome to come and meet our wonderful four-legged residents in person.
On 3rd October 2007 we opened our doors for approximately 400 visitors. A great day, especially for some very lucky animals that may now look forward to a wonderful future in the loving care of a new family.
Generous donations were made and some of our guests decided to support the Tierschutzligadorf by signing up for a membership or a sponsorship of some of our more permanent animals.
We were also very happy meet some of the former residents, not only little "Hexe", who came to us from a Polish dog shelter, but also "Zottel", "Judy" and "Bella".
We very much hope that all our guests had an enjoyable day at the Tierschutzligadorf and we hope to see you again next year.
