The Tierschutzliga-Dorf, Shelter for theTierschutzliga in Deutschland e.V., hosts on average 100 dogs and 300 cats and we are 100% dependent on donations as we do not receive any other financial support!

You can help us care for the many animals in a number of ways:

1. Financial Donations

Naturally we very happy to receive financial donations as every amount, big or small, on a regular basis or one off, help us take care of the many animals.!

Account Details:

Upon your request we can provide you with a TAX declaration receipt for the amount of your donation. Simply fill out the attached form and send it to us.

2. Donation of Items

You can help in many ways and it does not always have to be with a financial donation (although it is much appreciated as the costs of caring for the many animals is enormous!). You can also help the animals by donating one or more of the following items

We urgently need:

• High quality cat- and dog food (dry and wet). Also special food for cats and dogs suffering from kidney- or lever illnesses.
• Yellow Vileda-Cloths (with click-system)
• Dog leads and collars (especially long leads)
• Baskets and beds made of plastic in various sizes
• Hanging baskets for cats (which can be attached to radiators)
• Small wood houses for rabbits and Guinea Pigs
• Stable non-slippery tiles and special glue for tiles

We always need:

• Bed linnet (big covers and sheets) and blankets
• Cat scratching posts
• Garden furniture
• Sofas and arm chairs
• Pasta (Noodles), rice, fresh eggs and LC1-yoghurt
• Fresh fruit and vegetables for our rabbits and guinea pigs
• Toys for dogs and cats and eatable treats

We can also use:

• Cleaning materials such as Meister Proper or Sagrotan
• Washing gel or powder
• Kitchen paper
• Flea treatments and worm treatments for cats and dogs
• Ear cleaning treatments
• Brooms and wheel barrows
• Machines for cutting fur on long haired breeds
